This was for my high school -to-current friend Don! This was for his birthday back before Chicago Comic Con.
I just finished it recently. These were his two favorite comic characters back in the day. Iron Man is still his favorite regardless of dark Reign. lol

Similar in scope to the fight that created the Sentinel Armor, though it was Whiplash with funky flying/hovering boots.

My first Iron Man reading was the Heroes Reborn of the 90's and oh man did I fall for the Jim Lee covers and the interiors turned out to be Whilce Portacio.....still great art but I was so tricked into thinking it was Lee work that I didn't notice it until THIS summer when I reorganized my collection.
oooooooh thier ploy worked how young and dumb I was. LOL
