For those who haven't heard. My fiance' is 6-8 weeks pregnant with our second child! I got my money on a baby girl.
She started off puking bile right after halloween and didn't stop all week. I put a stop to it saying that if she can't keep food down she is dehydrating herself. She took a prego test to see and it came out positive. To be sure we took her into the ER and tested her and got meds to balance her system out. So...she's pregnant and stable now. WOooooooooooooo LIFE! We were joking about it on Halloween that another would be nice and I joked that "I was doing my part" lol.

I shaved down my scruff on my face that I've been growing for a few months now. My face grows a goatee just fine but nothing on the sides. All I have left are these patchy sideburns which require me walking around informing people:

"I'm not trying for 'Super Bad' here I'm going to be Wolverine for Halloween. I need the chops."

I just made the mask last night out of my old Batman Returns cowl and a guitar case. I cut out the "ears" for Wolverine's mask and Gorilla glued them to the bat cowl. I found old sunglasse, took the sides off, and put them inside the mask for shinny chrome eye pieces. I can not wait to glue the fabric on it. I got some great colors. I'm doing the classic brown suit Wolverine!!!

I NEED HELP! Should I make the dark area on the mask the dark drown color of the suit or the poular choice of black?

1.5 hours to go. Only on page 9 for inks. Total failure. To nauseated from sharpies to continue. Getting sick from king size specifically.

Previously stated in a journal that tonight..tonight...toniiight...whooooaaahhh I will be contending in the 24 hour-24 page comic book challenge set forth by the great Scott McCloud.

I will be creating the comic and story from scratch, but the characters I will be drawing at random from a collection of marvel cards. Yes DC fans it's publisher bias...but it's all for fun. I will list scenarios and environments then roll a D 20 to determine which to jump to and when. I will be recording the planning process by means of Lindsay's web-book web cam and then posting it on my youtube account.

It all kicks off tonight as soon as I get home from work. I will not be sleeping until I finish the book.

So I'm sure some of you out there are familure with it. Some may have even contended for it. I would love to see your submission if anyone has any. For me, I was not capable to contend as I was informed too late to ask off of work.

However in the spirit and heart of being a cartoonist or comic artist I would love to contend under my own terms. I usualy say "oooh I'ma gunna do this big thing" then I end up backing out. This is an old part of me that I don't want to come back.

Sorry, on Wednesday the 14th, I will be contedning in my own apartment and keeping tabs with what little video capability I have! This coming Wednesday will conflict with gaming night on Thursday) I may not be posting them "to the minute" but on the following day I will be posting my comic in my gallery here and my video chronicles here [link] .
