Double Edged Sword and a neeeed for an Editor

So I return home from work to find my fiance' has hand written the first 3-4 pages of issue one and taped them to my art desk! We don't have a printer so she wrote it all out. She also moved my inspiration pics on my wall to make room for stock piles of thumbnails and says, "Issues 1 get to work!"

Of all things I want to go forward and start penciling but I have a tendency to only do something if I know full well it will be the right thing. My editor still has not returned any pages let alone full issues of my scripts so I don't want to start thumb nailing if I only have to change it later. This is my double edged sword.

So, I tell Lindsay that I can't until I know for sure the first issue is fine. By the look on her face you could have swore I just forced her to puree her own cat! (I strongly advise against cruelty to animals and any manor of animal abuse or neglect) I want to get this FU*#ER underway but I can't handle being tossed to the way side anymore!!!! I NEED A SERIOUS EDITOR!!! If anyone is willing to go over my scripts and red pen the FU#* out of it PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!!

Only serious applicants need respond. If you have a full schedule and are not sure if you may be able to don't worry! You're still cool just don't say you will and then sit on it. If you know anyone who'd love to, then let them know! Pass me along!

I have soooooo many more stories to begin but I want to produce the story that is the hardest so I know where I stand. One major thing at a time.....for those who know me this a HUGE thing for me to stick to.
Please Help.

yeah if I have to I'll just stand behind him at work pooking him in the head with rolled up Kevin Smith script shouting out "CARPEI DIEM and DON'T PROCRASTINATE!!!!!!!!"

Kevin smith is always behind shedule.

ah, makes sense. I'd use a broken beer bottle instead of a rolled up script, but that's me.

I've got some experience doing proofreading and such. How much writing is there going to be in need of editing?

well if you want red pen it all you want.

It is goign to be 5 issues.
I've 4 edited by my fiance' and I, so far I still have to finish writing the 5th but I know EXACTLY what I want I just have to time it right and so forth. Each issue is approximately 18-22 pages.

I can forward 2 issues if you want. Try 'em out and if you want to do it go for it! If not just let me know, and Lindsay and I might just move on with out.
I REALY want a second opinion though.
